Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

• Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, except in extraordinary circumstances.
• Smaller Footprint LLP reserves the sole right to approve or reject cancellations once an order is placed.

2. Refund Process

• If a cancellation is accepted by Smaller Footprint LLP, refunds will be provided within 14 working days.
• Refunds are subject to appropriate deductions, including shipping charges.
