Minor Heating Issue, But Overall Good

I really wanted to love this mug because of its eco-friendly features. However, I've noticed that it does tend to get a little warm on the outside when filled with very hot beverages. It's not unbearable, but it's something to be aware of. Despite this, I still use it regularly and appreciate its sustainable design.
